Our Current Playground

We are ready for a new world of play!

Our current playground, installed in 1990, is used by Dickinson students, the YMCA after-school program, De Pere Parks & Rec summer program, as well as countless community children and families.

It is used for 40,000+ hours annually during school recess alone! The age and general wear of the equipment has caused it to become beyond repair.

You can help build a new playground for our students and neighbors!

Installed in 1990

The students who played on this playground are now 40+ years old! Many of these former students now have children who attend Dickinson.

Damaged and Broken

Many pieces of the current playground are damaged and no longer relevant or useful for current students.

The general wear and tear of 40+ years of use is evident.

Worn and Overused

The general wear and tear of 30+ years of use is evident.

Beyond Repair

Due to the age of the equipment, many components can no longer be repaired.
